Each team (from 4-12 persons) is given private coaching from one of our sommeliers on how to extract the maximum from the glass at hand, before sharpening the palate on 12 different varieties. Ideal preparation to approach the four mystery wines…a prize for the team with the best score!

We take you for a tour of New Zealand’s lesser-known wine regions and match these up with some regional delicacies.
